We accept returns on products that are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Contact our team on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and arrange a collection from your address.
Chat on WhatsAppOnce the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Opened products, items marked as final sale, and free gifts included with an order cannot be returned.
